Whoa!! Blue Ivy Carter to launch a beauty line soon

It appears that 5-year-old Blue Ivy will soon be adding entrepreneur to her list of “things I’ve done by age 5 that you never will,” as she plans to drop the hottest beauty line of the future. Queen Bey has applied to trademark the name Blue Ivy Carter with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, making it so that she (and Blue) are the only ones who can stake a claim to the namesake.

Beyoncé submitted an application back in 2012 to patent “Blue Ivy,” (sans Carter) but was denied because someone beat her to it. This trademark includes rights to body lotions, hair-care products, fragrances, cosmetics, and more all under the name Blue Ivy Carter.

The site also includes mention of baby goods, including diaper bags and strollers (maybe she has the best interest of her future twin siblings in mind?!). a successful brand launch would make Blue the youngest celebrity ever to curate her own line of beauty products.
