How to use salt in home beauty remedies

It might surprise you to find out about the many uses and benefits of salt that you can add to your daily beauty routine. The fact is that we don’t hear much about salt in advertising, yet there are many hidden benefits to its use that your skin will thank you for. In this article, we’ll tell you all the things that salt can do for your skin and how to use it to make a fantastic beauty treatment!

1. As a foot soak
After a long day at work we always come home with tired feet – salt might be the solution to fatigue and heel pain. All you need to do is add three or four tablespoons of salt to hot water. Soak the feet in the bath until the water temperature becomes cool.
 2.To prevent dandruff
Salt is great when it comes to fighting dirt and grease. For this treatment, we recommend that you check your scalp carefully to make sure you don’t have any small cuts or scrapes. Then take a salt shaker into the shower with you and before you shampoo your hair, sprinkle a little salt on your head and massage it gently into the scalp. It’s important to be gentle so that the salt doesn’t scrape the scalp and cause small wounds, which will be very painful.

 3.Removing hair spray
Salt can be useful on the nights that we realize we’ve got a lot of hair spray or product in our hair. Mix a cup of Epsom salts into a liter of water and a cup of lemon juice and let sit for 24 hours. The next day, work the liquid through the hair while it’s completely dry. Leave it in for 20 minutes and then wash as usual. Something more “sophisticated”

4. Whiskey and salt therapy
This treatment is made using sea salt, whiskey, coconut and palm oils, and wheat. It helps improve skin tone and maintain healthy, smooth hair. It’s especially beneficial for men, although women also use it.

 5. Salt and champagne therapy
This treatment is made with salt from the mountains, champagne (or sparkling wine), and coconut and palm oils. You can add cedar scents to stimulate blood circulation and the removal of cellulite, as well as resolve problems with fluid retention. It helps restore skin tissues, reducing the signs of aging. Salt and wine therapy This is an excellent antixoidant, and like champagne and salt therapy, it is great for preventing premature aging. It also helps restore tissues and strengthens the cardiovascular system. It’s made of mountain salts, red wine, and coconut and palm oils.

6. As a facial toner
You can also try the following trick to reduce the appearance of oily skin. Put a little warm water in a spray bottle and add a tablespoon of sea salt. Dissolve the salt and make sure it’s not too hot before spraying a bit on your face, avoiding the eye area. Then gently towel dry with short strokes.

7. Puffy eyes

Mix a tablespoon of sea salt in a bowl of hot water. Dip a cotton cloth in the water, lie down, and apply the cloth to your eyes for at least 10 minutes. Make sure you don’t open your eyes to avoid irritation. Rinse well with cold water.
